PROCESS – GETTING STARTED
Custom invitations can be as involved or as easy as you’d like them to be and we are here for your questions in every step of the process.
1 – DISCOVER OUR COLLECTION
Discover our collection and explore our offerings to help you decide if we are the right fit for you and your special day. Our suites are available in a variety of color options. At this stage it is important for you to develop a vision and an idea of what you’re looking for. What sort of feeling are you hoping to invoke with your pieces? Fill out our contact form and give us as as much detail on your thoughts as possible.
2 – PURCHASE DEPOSIT
Once you have decided to commit to us, purchase a $100 deposit in our shop. If you are interested in a completely custom design, there are additional fees for custom design work. Design elements such as hand torn edges, hand watercolor, and handmade papers are subject to additional fees. The $100 deposit will be applied towards your order total. If you have questions about design or total cost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send you a quote.
3 – SUBMIT WORDING & DETAILS
We are continually working on ways to improve our service and streamlining our process on our website for wording submission, and we will work closely with you on a one-on-one basis for design details. At this stage of the process we will help design your wording to fit your special day and confirm all of the details of each piece of your suite.
4 – PROOFS
Once we receive your deposit and details, your proofs are designed to your specifications and e-mailed to you within 5 business days. Three rounds of proof revisions are included with your package. Additional rounds are available for additional cost. Upon your final changes, we will ask you to sign off on the final proof. Nothing is final or printed until we have your signed approval. After your approval is received, no additional changes can be made on the order. approval.
5 – PRINTING
Once we have your signed approval, we will set up a custom page for you to complete final payment. Once final payment has been made, necessary materials are ordered on our end to complete your project. Printing time can take up to 21 business days depending on the details of your suite. We can accommodate rush printing at an additional cost.
6 – SHIPPING
Your invitations will ship lovingly packaged and ready for assembly. Pre-assembly is not included with a standard order but can be arranged for an additional fee. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 business days internationally. A tracking e-mail will be sent to you once your order ships. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. International shipping may be subject to customs and additional taxes. Please keep this in mind prior to ordering!
